The Job

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Responsible for overall HRD management and administration of the Plant

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. HR Operations (30%)

  • To take part in setting up HRD system, procedures and practices to promote a harmonious, safe working environment encompassing sound Employer – Employees relationship.
  • To assist Management the daily HR’s operations
  • To ensure the stability of structure and proper locating of employees & employee promotion, exchange, transfer in accordance with company policy
  • To act on specific issues in relation to the HR’s department activities such as Payroll, Recruitment, Employee & Industrial Relations

Measure of success (KPI):

  • HR Operation is run smoothly and got high satisfactory level from key internal stakeholder
  • HR system is updated and matched with realistic, provide right information to Management team

2. Payroll (30%)

  • Accountable to verify and ensure all benefits and payments are granted to employees in accordance to the company’s Internal Labor Regulation.
  • To ensure smooth, exact calculation and payment of salary (monthly/mid-month)
  • To ensure all reports / claims to Authority in relation to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, accident insurance, ... to be correct to ensure employee / employer rights

Measure of success (KPI):

  • Salary is paid on time and correct
  • Insurance data is correct

3. Employee & Industrial Relation (20%)

  • To ensure enforcement of the TAHL’s Internal Labor Regulation
  • To handle disciplinary action procedure
  • To maintain harmonious relationship with Trade Union, Authorities

Measure of success (KPI):

  • Employee & Industrial relation is run well and got high satisfactory by employee

4. Staffing & Recruitment (10%)

  • Identify and plan headcount for business 
  • Work closely with Recruitment & Training team on all matter related to Recruitment

Measure of success (KPI):

  • People are hired ontime with right candidate for right job

5. Learning & Development (10%)

  • Work with HoDs to analysis training need, define training budget and plan for approval
  • Coordinate with RTD Shared-service function to implement training plan
  • Follow up and continuous improve effectiveness of Training & Development activity
  • Coordinate with HoDs to implement Talent Management process

Measure of success (KPI):

  • Training plan is implemented well and effectively

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Internal:

Report to HR Director

- Direct Report: 1

- Coordinate with HR Function:

+ Recruitment & Training team

+ Payroll Team + Health, Safety & Environment team

+ Security team

- Support & Coordinate with Business:

+ Production in TA2 (Foundry)

+ Warehouse

External:

  • Government

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • University Degreee, especially about HR Management
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in HR Function, at supervisor/ executive level up
  • Good at Leadership & influencing skills
  • Love to work in Factory working environment
  • Good interpersonal skill, be friendly and informal
  • Around 30 years old
  • Live in Binh Duong or Dong Nai is preferred as the location is Bình Chuẩn, Bình Dương, around 1 hour for transportation from Nhieu Loc, D.3, HCMC 
  • Good at English Communication
  • Result-focus
  • Love to Develop people
