The Job
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines in the group that company assign by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies.
- Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Cooperate with Healthcare group to indentify and work out the expected products by contact with Supplier through Website or visit exhibition or introduction from Headquarter
- Organization and expand KOL's contact and leading marketing event
- Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production; anticipating volume.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
- BA or MSc of Marketing or related field (Pharmacist is priority)
- Thorough knowledge and experiences in Product/Brand Management & Strategic planning
- At least 4years experience in Marketing positions in related industries. Experience in Medical Devices marketing is preferable
- High adaptability, change initiating & management, creativity abilities
- Good in customer orientation & relationship management
- Well organized, result oriented and able to work independently under high pressure with the sense of urgency
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity
- Good leadership & interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation & conflict resolution skills
- Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
