The Company has established in 2012 with around 200 Employees in Vietnam. In order to dedicatedly support their business agenda, the company is looking for a potential candidate for the following position
Financial Reporting Manager
- Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $2500- $3000
The Job
- Prepare the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports for Projects and manage the internal and external review for these documents;
- Create and maintain Reporting calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for Project packages;
- Communicate, explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team
- Manage/Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review (if any) activities of external auditors
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
- Support year end closing
- Participate in other projects as required
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
- Have CPA/CFA or ACCA and experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus;
- Have knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and regulations is required combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese is a plus.
