The Job

  1.Development of HR Department

  • Implement and develop HR policies and program, performance management and improvement systems.
  • Establish Company’s HR policies basing on Company development strategy;Establish and develop HR management system, L&D;Build up HR management scheme, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefit; and build up employee development system.
  • Identifies improvement and resolves any discrepancies
  • Develop and implement an organization-wide human resource strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and its current and long-term business objectives
  • Selects and monitors external recruitment vendors, payroll software vendors, insurers and training institutes
  • Involve in budgeting for HR related costs, policy recommendations and long-term planning
  • Coordinate with lawyers for legal issues related to laborer.

 2.Organization Management

  • Recommends organization chart and advise to change according to the changes of company, in order to support the smooth operation
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Conducts inquiry when employee complaints or concerns about brought forth
  • Cooperate with regional administration and try to get updated information always
  • Ensure company workforce standard is in accordance with the government laws and requirement
  • Designs and conducts Employee Satisfaction Survey
  • Assist the employees on their career development.

 3. Recruitment&Enterprise Culture Training

  • Implement Manpower Requirement procedures to recruit and hire candidates
  • Implement employee training system that include training needs assessment
  • Assists with the development of employees and monitors spending of corporate training budget.
  • Improve the harmonization between different cultures, reduce the difference and conflict, improve the harmonization between departments.

 4. Business Partner & Incentive

  • Assist employees to understand company target
  • Assist different departments to involve together from different aspects and reach the same business target
  • Establish and develop incentive method, build up a good organization and performance management atmosphere.

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years working experience in Manager level
  • Prefer candidate from Real Estate and Construction only
  • Have experience and knowledge in dealing with international expatriates; Deep understanding of local culture, and understand the mixture of the Asian and western cultures
  • Good leadership skill
  • Good HR strategy, planning
  • In depth knowledge of labor code, tax, insurance laws, statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English - Native in Vietnamese; Good English in both speaking and writing.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, personal design style can match AKR branding
  • Have had experience in company size over 100 staffs
  • Responsible, proactive, dynamic, honest, eager to learn, hard-working, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics
