Marketing Specialist
Education/Training, Marketing - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $800-$1000
The Job
1. Business development
• Establish and develop the existing and new list of high schools and other channels for recruitment of students to both College and Academy
• Promote all programs offered by Company guideline when required
• Propose the promotion plan to be executed at the high schools
• Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the promotion campaign
2. Marketing execution
• Execute the marketing campaign and marketing activities to promote our programs including traditional and online marketing techniques
3. Planning and reporting
• Weekly planning on which customers will be visited and what marketing activities will be done with estimated budget
• Ensure given financial budget for recruitment is managed wisely and effectively
• Weekly reporting on Marketing activities with HS
• Monthly reporting on market environment
4. General ad-hoc duties
• Cover team duties during peak enrollment periods
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 2 year of previous working experience in a marketing function for services industry (Education/Banking/Insurrance/Humance resources services/Hostipality/Real Eastate, ect..)
- Strong language skills (fluent both spoken and written English and Vietnamese)
- Highly-organized staff with strong administrative skills
- A team player who has excellent interpersonal skills to produce work with immediate reports and co-workers as well as press or suppliers
- A self-motivated, pro-active individual who requires minimum supervision
- Flexible in working time
- A person of integrity who is trustworthy and reliable
- Passion for the education industry and keen to contribute to the overall success of the College
