Plant Controller (Expat)
Electrical/Electronics, Finance/Investment - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $5000 - $6000
The Job
Job Purpose: As the Plant Controller, the person is responsible for the analysis, costing and planning for Vietnam Plant.
Key Responsibile:
- Coordinate Forecast and Budget processes for the plant
- Monitor the trend and analysis of Cost of Sales for the Plant
- Monitor the trend and analysis of Opex, Personnel, Capex for the Plant and ensure these expenses stay within Budget
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly Actual vs. forecast and budget for the plant
- Analyse, highlight and investigate cost variances
- Management of stock values, stock obsolesces and other plant controlling activities
- Track and report key performance indicators for the plant
Your Skills and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree, Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong costing knowledge
- Strong excel skills
Experience:
- At least 5 years of plant controlling experience in Vietnam
- Experience in international manufacturing companies preferred
- Experience of monthly and annual closing with tight deadlines
- Mandatory to have SAP experience (materials ledger)
