The Job
- Partner with related function on talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development via training, coaching, propose for related solutions;
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development, salary review, promotion, rotation & transfer;
- Review and analyze HR metrics, using data to drive improvement action;
- Provide career guidance to employees and partner with management to ensure these employees are growing in their career aspirations;
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests;
- Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly & proactively share best practice;
- Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree required;
- 3 – 5 years of recruiting experience for FMCG companies (manufacturing).
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition;
- Business level of English skill is required;
- Effective problem-solving, planning & execution and presentation skill;
- Logical thinking, fast-learner and people oriented.
- Permanent address in Tan Thanh, Ba Ria Vung Tau is a plus
