Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

The Job
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with Company objectives
- Establish layered branding, including: clearly identifying various product types; allowing the program to generate renewed market engagement.
- Development of sales and presentation materials that demonstrate and reflect the quality of the product and provide clear information for sales channels and purchasers.
- Overseesthe entireactivities of the Marketing and PR departments, ensuring that all activities are delivered within the defined concepts & KIP.
- Control and manage marketing agencies, suppliers, ensuring the proper implementation of the project Financial Marketing procedure.
- Assists the development of pricing in coordination with sales department, coordinates financial & budgeting activities to maximize operational efficiency.
- Working with project architect to maximize the value of every square meter, display planning, adding new approach to “look and feel” of project imagery.

Planning and executing Marketing activities to increase the brand awareness and sales volumn of the apartments of all projects

Planning and executing event such as sales event, ground breaking, opening ceremony and press conference.
Your Skills and Experience
- A good Degree in Real Estate or Business qualifications from top local or overseas universities.
- At least 5 years’ experience of marketing management job with proven records.
- Is experienced or able to cope with new market and new product
- Strong media connection & crisis management
- A great team player
- Is able to manage details
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Performance oriented and can work under high pressure.
