Our Client is one of the leading global Furniture manufacturers Company. It is now one of the largest high-end furniture manufacturers in Southeast Asia. Their products are available worldwide with the brand being recognized as a sign of unique quality and design. Due to their business development in Vietnam, they are looking for qualified candidates for the following position
HR Manager
Human Resources, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong
Salary: $1,500 - $2000
The Job
Main Purpose:
- Responsible for managing, organizing and controlling all aspects of Human Resources Department of the factory, the person acts as single contact for all human related issues / activities of all departments within operations to ensure all HR policies and procedures are well implemented.
- As a specialist, the person provides coaching/ consulting to department managers (operations) in dealing with labour legislation related issues such as labour contract, working time, disciplinary…
- As a strategic business partner, the person supports the organization in improving working performance, disciplinary and building company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR policy/ SOP followed up
- Conduct activity of disciplinary
- dentify and plan headcount that satisfied with the organization needs
- Build up hiring pool and conduct the recruitment process
- Identify critical skills and the needs (development, backup)
- Build up and implement training program on the critical skills
- Develop ability set and training/coaching sources for the skills
- Assist department managers and HR Director in organizational development
- Provide and control admin service including canteen, business transportation, office maintenance
- As connection with Union committee
Your Skills and Experience
- University graduated in HR, business administration, Law major, ect..
- At least 3 years working expereience in relevant role or HR Manager for factory is a plus
- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR life cycle;
- Relevant experience in ER/IR systems and processes in a factory/manufacturing environment;
- Thorough understanding of managing trade unions, key legal, compliance, safety and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes at factory/manufacturing environment;
- strong in training & development is preferable
- Good of interpersonal, influencing & leadership skills
- Good command of English
