HR Manager/Head of HR
Human Resources - Binh Duong
Salary: $2500- $3000
The Job
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Implement the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its short term and long term business objectives.
- Report to: General Director (Expat) & Dotted line to the HR Director of APAC & corporate and Manager 4 subordinates
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in middle term and annual operation planning and budgeting processes.
- Support the General Director and local management team in organizational design and restructuring.
- Develop recruitment plan, recruitment process and assessment tools to recruit employees.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits structures, programs, policies and procedures.
- Prepare and control overall manpower planning and labor cost budgeting.
- Develop training and development plan tools to ensure the appropriate level of talent management of the organization
- Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews with employees leaving the company.
- Implement Individual Operation Plan/Performance management system and processes.
- Collaborate with the regional HR to implement regional HR programs and initiatives.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage all employee communication events such as communication meeting, roundtable meeting, staff outing etc.
- Support the management team in handling employee relations’ issues, especially recommend appropriate actions in case of violation of company policy and codes of ethics.
- Deal with all industry relation issues such as grievances, disputes, disciplinary actions and severance program implementation etc.
- Ensure the compliance to local laws and practices within the HR business processes.
- Interact with external consultants and government agencies.
- Support (but not responsible) the implementation of the employee transportation, site security, canteen, cleaning and dormitory service.
- Other reasonable tasks assigned by superior.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 8 to 10 years in Human Resource management role
- Experience of multinational manufacturing environment
- Strong timely decision-making, problem solving and analytical abilities
- Expert knowledge of employment-related local legislation.
- A natural ability to connect with people, to know when to lead and when to be a team player
- A strong ability to take leadership responsibilities
- Eager to get the job done, exceeding expectations
- Ability to communicate and to summarize
- Be able to work under pressure and with multitasks
- Excellent communication in verbal and written – English & Vietnamese – French is a plus
- Good command of PC skills
- Experience of the payroll process and payroll software
