The Job
Mô tả công việc
1. Chịu trách nhiệm trong việc thực hiện các chương trình hoạt động nhân sự ở Công ty
2. Tiến hành thực hiện các giải pháp của Tập đoàn ở công ty mình, ví dụ như: các qui trình nhân sự, công cụ quản trị Tài năng. Cung cấp ý kiến xây dựng các chiến lược về Quản trị nhân tài cho Tập đoàn thông qua sự am hiểu về con người ở công ty mình
3. Thi hành và phối hợp hỗ trợ các ý tưởng mới để thúc đẩy Sự vận hành hiệu quả của tố chức
4. Theo dõi và đảm bảo tính tuân thủ Luật pháp cho các vấn đề nhân sự của Công ty (ví dụ: tuyển dụng, bảo mật thông tin, hợp đồng lao động...)
5. Chịu trách nhiệm đại diện cho các mối quan hệ giữa Công ty với người lao động, với các cơ quan chức năng, công đoàn, cộng đồng...
6. Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác như Tài chính, dịch vụ... để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ nhân sự (như tuyển dụng, tiền lương,...) cho Công ty
7. Các công việc hành chính nhân sự hằng ngày như:
a. Quản lý nhân sự: về việc ăn uống, chổ ở, ngày phép, lương, thưởng, sim card, đồng phục, hợp đồng lao động.
b. Theo dõi chấm công, tính lương
c. Bảo hiểm xã hội hàng tháng:
- Báo tăng, báo giảm lao động
- Các chế độ bảo hiểm: chế độ ốm đau, chế độ thai sản, chế độ thất nghiệp, và các chế độ khác liên quan bảo hiểm xã hội.
- Quản lý sổ BHXH, thẻ BHYT
d. Quản lý bếp ăn tập thể
8. Và các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc nhân sự và Giám đốc điều hành giao.
Your Skills and Experience
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- 5-7 năm kinh nghiệm làm trưởng phòng nhân sự cho môi trường sản xuất
- Có kinh nghiệm với các hệ thống và qui trình nhân sự
- Có sự hiểu biết về luật lao động
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt
