The Job

Handle Branch Office in Central, location in Danang City how to highest sales target achievements and highest bussiness effective in Trade and Project segments.

On behalf of the company, highest Representative role in Central region to set up and maintain the relationships with customers, distributor, local relationship ,customers, stafss, co-worker and partners.

Management and support for Team to achievement company objective
-
Proposal, strategy and planing for region operation
-
Budget and headcount management
-
Highest profit and lowest cost for Central region
-
Join others projects of Sales Department of Vietnam.

Reported to: National Sales Director and leading a big team (RSM, ASM)
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from University
- At least 10 years related experience in a sales for FMCG company
- Must demonstrate the ability to successfully prioritize and organize multiple, competing tasks
- Minimum 2-3 years in the same position
- Good understanding in Sales FMCG for DT/GT Channel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, demanding environment and hard working
- Self motivated and results oriented
- Has initiative and good common sense
