Sales Manager (Real Estate)

The Job
- Responsible for sales target & activities: choosing new VIP customers to invite to the Model House for project introduction, maintaining the close relationship with VIP customers, handling the apartment sales transactions, deploying other promotion events...
- Propose sales policies and building up sales channel through corporate sales, doing the market research and legal issues, making reports for the Board of Directors.
- Managing the operation of sales consultant team . Training, building up and evaluating the KPI of consultants. Assist team members to accomplish sales team target.
- Expand customer network and execute new sales plan.
- Help organize sales event and provide professional consulting to customer in different projects.
- Collect customers’ feedbacks and provide immediately solutions.
Your Skills and Experience
- Have relevant experience with at least 5 years in the role.
- Must have experience in sales for Residential project
- In-depth understanding of Vietnam real estate market
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Business acumen and commercial awareness with a strategic mind-set
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processe
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to motivate and coach staff, maintain good morale and ensure they function effectively and efficiently.
- Good command of English
