Sales Supervisor-GT (South/Mekong/North/Central)

The Job
The General Trade (GT) Channel is one of the key departments of our client in Vietnam, contributing the major part to the growth of their Company. They partner and leverage distributors' quality to ensure channel/customer plans are implemented successfully
Reporting Line: ASM
Subordinate: 5 – 10 people
Work Location: South/Mekong/North/Central
Key Accountabilities:
To deliver Sales target (turnover, coverage…) in the assigned territory and increase our brands’ market share at Point of Sales level by building excellent business relationships with retailers and ensuring qualitative in-store presence of our brands, by introducing innovations within the set timeframe, ensuring maximum visibility and by taking immediate action on Out of stock in the assigned distributor(s)
2. Territory management:
• Build, develop and maintain good retailers relations in the assigned territory.
• Deliver execution excellence in deploying promotion and display scheme to ensure visibility and availability of Unilever products on the field
• To collect information of competitors’ activities in the market within the respective area and share with team for proper actions.
3. Sales Team management:
• To survey and advise on the beat plan for in-charge teams.
• Plan the routing in order to maximize time spent at fields
• To train in-charge sales teams. Conduct field coaching for distributor team leaders and salesmen.
