The Company is a famous multinational company in FMCG industry with well known brands in the global & Vietnam Market. In order to dedicatedly support their business agenda, the company is looking for a potential candidate for the following position
Sales Supervisor_MT( South/North)
Food & Beverage, Sales, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi
Salary: $800 - $1300
The Job
The Modern Trade Channel is one of the key departments of our client in Vietnam servicing both local & international chain accounts. This department ensures that all the strategies and activation programs of The Company portfolio are well implemented in stores. This channel has been contributing significantly to the sales of the total company through the rapid growth of market share & volume share.
Main Job Purpose:
- To implement standard of operation working, process handling to win with customer strategy
- To deliver agreed targets on turnover, market share, and trading terms
- To manage the sales team to ensure excellence execution in stores
- To build good relationship with stores via frequency visit and contact strategy
Reporting Line: Sales Operation Manager – Modern Trade
Subordinate: 5 – 10 people
Work Location: South/Mekong/North/Central
Key Accountabilities:
To implement standard of operation working, process handling to win with customer strategy
- Monitor and report the store execution with “store checklist” tool
- Understand the store profile with customer and shopper insight
Deliver KPI
- Deliver sales KPI: turnover, share, visibility
- Cascade activities to team leader/Salesmen; manage at store level: Plan-o-gram, promotion, activation
- Audit and follow up trade term compliance
- Coordinate with cat planner in delivering promotion and be market intelligence
Team management
- Recruit, arrange and monitor team leader/SIP within the team
- Train and develop personnel capability
- Evaluate and consolidate feedback from sales field
Building relation with customer:
- Make relationship with customers to help them deliver the sales in/sales out at store
- Take responsibility the business in Modern trade channel
- Negotiate the business contract with Supermarket chains;
- Dealing trading terms with them
- Stock Management
Your Skills and Experience
- University graduate in business administrative, foreign trade, economics
- At least 1-2 years working experience in FMCG industry in similar roles
- Good communication and influencing skill
- Good at planning & Analyst and leadership skills
- Open minded, proactive and high mobility
- Discipline, resilient and can do attitude
- Be able to communicate by English
