The Job
1. Transport strategic planning: Delivers continuous drive for improvement within the operations and direct impact on the objectives
2. Transport Operation Management
• Complete all operational KPIs in compliance with SOPs, HSE policy & procedures and to achieve and/or fully meet EBIT as budget
• Provide the best Transport solutions and services to customer as well as complaints resolution
• Develop and maintain good relationships with central fleet, transport network, with subcontractors and customers
3. Sub-contractors management
• Select, supervise and monitor transport subcontractors and suppliers in compliance with DHL QA and HSE policy and ensure timely implementation of projects
4. People Management
• Leads and manages team within operations in compliance with company rules & regulations
• Determines team structure, roles, performance targets, goals
• Develop Transport staff’s working skills and multitasking capabilities through coaching and mentoring and other approaches as well as maintain good team spirit and morale
Your Skills and Experience
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience for mnc company
* Be able to develop and maintain appropriate business relationships with key customers and strategic accounts;
* Mature, independent and suitable with a dynamic environment;
* Good communication, negotiation and B2B selling skills;
* Good command of English and Computer Skills
* High responsibility and proven record in sales;
* High integrity, honest and trustworthy
* Strong presentation and communication skill
