The Company is a famous multinational company in FMCG industry with well known brands in the global & Vietnam Market. In order to dedicatedly support their business agenda, the company is looking for a potential candidate for the following position
Plant Manager
Electrical/Electronics, Production/Process, FMCG - Binh Duong
Salary: $2500 - $3300
The Job
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for total make operations of the plant including production management, engineering & utility management and quality control. Make sure the finished products are always delivered on time in full with high quality at lowest cost
- Responsible for developing long term master plan of the factory with regards to land, machinery and people
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Report to Operations Director
- Supervise (Production) Line Managers, QC Manager, Technical Manager, Dairy Technologist, Packaging Technologist, AM Pillar Leader (PKE)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Production management
- Manage, allocate and optimise the resources of production facilities (materials, peopleand equipment) and in order to optimise cost and qualityeffectiveness
- Analyse current processes, signals and evaluate bottlenecks. Initiateand implement improvements
- Manage production activities to ensure the long-term production plan is translated into annual operational plans and control the production scheduling for the manufacturing operation of the company
- Manage production activities in the plant to ensure it is operated in a highest standard of safety, health and environment management
- Manages performance of the workforce in line with the Human Resource policies and procedures
- Coachand develop employees of the Plant for Talent development and succession planning
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to roll out the company's NPD program in time, on budget and in full
Quality control
- Review and develop quality assurance system in line with FC guidelines/standards and legal requirements to ensure the finished products are at high quality and absolutely safe to the consumer
Engineering and utility management
- Develop long term strategy to maximize capacity of existing machinery and utilities at the lowest cost
- Prepare middle long term master plan (3 years) for the factory including but not limited to capital and revenue expenditures, budgets over a mid-term time horizon in line with regional strategy
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical or technical related field;
- At least 08 years of experience in manufacturing companies, at least 05 years at management position;
- Good knowledge and experience of LEAN; WCM,/TPM;
- Logical and critical thinking skills;
- Strong communication, management, leadership and team work skills;
- Good command of English;
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure;
